1. The passenger will be one hour before departure at the bus terminal or the appropriate office.

RESERVATION:
2. Reservations (points) are made, leaving only their phone number.
3. If you have already booked your ticket you should buy it or possibly confirm to the appropriate office 24 hours in advance (one day) of departure, otherwise your reservation will be canceled automatically without exception.

CANCELLATIONS:
1.- Once you purchase or buy your ticket and want to cancel it, is not entitled to a refund (cash). The ticket is valid for 90 days to use you to the destination indicated on the ticket, so it must give notice prior to the office where you purchased the ticket.
2.- If I buy your ticket round trip and want to change your return travel date you will be charged $ 10.

BAGGAGE:

2.- Luggage or bags with compartments on top of the bus is not responsible for Autobuses Mares SA de CV, but the same passenger, also the passenger must make sure that all your luggage to go on the bottom (trunks) bus has a claim check and identification tag, the AutoBuses Mares Company SA de C.V. only liable for loss or damage up to $ 50.00 per bag with your claim check.
3.- Upon reaching the Mexican or American custom, each passenger is responsible for lowering your luggage from the bus, pass the review and again carry luggage on the bus.

PROHIBITION:
